Courses and Workshops

April 28 – May 3, 2026: Samavesha Festival in San Francisco. So often, my friends and students share how much fun we all had when we used to get together regularly for live workshops and courses. Well, this is our next opportunity to experience the friendship, camaraderie, inspiration and learning together as a global community. I’ll be there, and I hope to see you there too! See https://www.anusarayoga.com/samavesha-2026

July 24-26: Kula Hrdayam, an Anusara retreat near Essen, Germany. I have the honor of teaching with many great Anusara Yoga teachers in this retreat, and the pleasure to take their workshops too! Contact Julia Schlenkert at juliaschlenkert@gmail.com or see http://www.happyyoga.de

The Vijñānabhairava Tantra is one of the most amazing sacred texts in the Nondual Tantra tradition. We’ll have 12 two-hour sessions online via Zoom, with recordings available. And you’ll have access to many asana classes that are linked to the themes from the texts. Schedule: September 19-20, October 10-11, October 24-25, November 28-29, December 13-14, and January 9-10, 2027, from 11 AM – 1 PM Eastern U.S. time. Open to all students and teachers of yoga who want to go deeply into the theory behind all of our practices and the practices themselves and what makes them so powerful in bringing the experience (vijñāna) of the supreme Consciousness (Bhairava) that is us and the essence of everything. This course also fulfills the Philosophy requirement in the 300-Hour Anusara Yoga Advanced Teacher Training.

This text is so full of meaning and surprise! And bliss and astonishment and practical application to life. I am so grateful to my teachers for their insights, and as with everything, we gain insight each time we teach a text like this, and this will be my fifth or sixth time to share and enjoy all its teachings with eager students like yourself. Registration: $390, with an early bird rate of 350 if paid by September 1. Write to me at Jayendra.hanley@gmail.com for more information.
